A portion of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia collapsed on Sunday morning after a tanker truck fire. The fire started under an overpass near Cottman Avenue and spread to the lanes above, causing the roadway to collapse. All lanes of I-95 were shut down in the area, and traffic was diverted to other routes. There were no reports of injuries.
