The Dallas Stars fell to the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals on Friday night, 4-0. The loss ended the Stars' season and their hopes of reaching the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 2000.

The Stars were outshot 42-22 in the game and never really threatened to score. Vegas goaltender Robin Lehner was outstanding, making 22 saves to earn the shutout.

The Stars were led by Roope Hintz, who had 13 points (5 goals, 8 assists) in the series. Jason Robertson added 12 points (6 goals, 6 assists), and Miro Heiskanen had 11 points (3 goals, 8 assists).

Vegas will now face the Colorado Avalanche in the Stanley Cup Final. The Avalanche won their series against the Edmonton Oilers on Wednesday night.

The Stars had a great season, finishing with a 47-21-14 record. They won the Central Division and were the top seed in the Western Conference. However, they were unable to get past the Golden Knights in the conference finals.

The Stars are a young team with a lot of potential. They will be back next season and will be looking to make another run at the Stanley Cup.
