 Cagliari stunned Parma 3-2 in the first leg of their Serie B playoff semi-final on Tuesday night. The Sardinians came from behind twice to take a commanding lead in the tie.

Parma took the lead in the 12th minute through Giuseppe Iachini. However, Cagliari equalized through Joao Pedro in the 25th minute. Parma took the lead again in the 52nd minute through Roberto Inglese. But Cagliari equalized again in the 62nd minute through Nahitan Nandez. And they scored the winner in the 88th minute through Leonardo Pavoletti.

The second leg of the semi-final will be played on Saturday night in Parma. Cagliari will be looking to hold on to their lead and book their place in the Serie A promotion final.
